We had a fantastic stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and had a ton of choices. The food was phenomenal, with delicious options for every meal. We loved the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The pool and outdoor sauna were a great addition to our stay. The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station, which was very convenient. the service, amenities, and food made our stay here luxurious and enjoyable.

We had a great time at the hotel with friendly staff who were patient with our limited German language skills. The breakfast had a fantastic omelette and the food was amazing. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a fun pool, steam room, and sauna, making it perfect for a relaxing after-ski time. Moreover, the staff was thoughtful, remembering our coffee preferences and encouraging our son to eat more.

Absolutely wonderful experience during the New Year season in this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, always remembering our likes and bringing us whatever we needed without us even asking. The hotel location was perfect, allowing us to spend every evening enjoying the hotel's facilities, including a great sauna and fun pool. the shuttle bus service was a huge convenience when we needed to go into town.

The Wi-Fi became very slow and almost unusable in the evenings, likely due to many guests using it at the same time. This made it difficult for us to do the things we needed to do online.
